Discover the simple and structured way to understand JJ (with a proven system)

So you can spend less time frustrated and overwhelmed, guessing your way through sessions and getting smashed

And get recognised as a nightmare rolling partner, composed competitor and a leader on the mats...

Does this sound like you?

- You train hard but cannot remember a single thing your coach taught you mid round

- You study, but have little success applying what you've learnt

- You know what moves are, but not why or how they are best applied

- You have no strategy or system for each position and rely on a few 'gotcha' techniques

- You know you need to improve, but have no idea where to start

- You compete terribly compared to your training performance

You're not alone...

How I systemised my way to 9th in the world and a black belt <4 years

You've probably been given the same advice I was when i started, "Just keep showing up, it'll click one day".

But after weeks and months of stalemated rounds, using techniques at random, with no planning or structure, I knew there had to be a better way than just showing up.

So I started to structure my training

Build systems for my moves

Track what i was doing

and simplifying the sport.

The result?
My skills exploded, I enjoyed my training every time i stepped on the mats knowing I was making progress, I won ADCC trials, twice, got my black belt in 3 years 11 months, Placed top 4 in ADCC '24 all without decades of drilling, countless frustrating sessions or studying hours of instructionals per day.

And it wasn't just me this worked for...

I started systemising my students training and the same thing happened, they won more tournaments, broke through month long plateaus, became dominant training partners and even started gaining respect from their team and coaches.

After working with 1000+ students, I realised there are 3 key ingredients to dominant JJ

After a half decade learning and teaching JJ, figuring out the simplest and fastest way to get better, I started to see that there were the same mistakes being made over and over again.

And every time I removed those roadblocks, the results were incredible.

Students went from getting pinned in side control to escaping purples, browns and the odd black belt in a matter of weeks,
After losing first round in their first tournament, going on to win their next with all subs,
Going from lost in training to purposeful movements, hitting goals every session.

That's when it became obvious that generating significant progress only requires 3 things

1. A system that develops all of the fundamental skills, in sequence, linked together so you know why AND how to use your moves.

2. A training structure that maximises your time in each session with specific goals and targets that force progress.

3. A process that makes studying and understanding the sport so simple you can actually apply the moves right into your game.

That's it.
So why then isn't everyone a world champion if it's that easy?

Because most people get trapped in shiny move syndrome, learn but never apply the lessons, are consistent one month and not the next, and are learning in the traditional method, collecting random moves and throwing shit at the wall seeing what sticks.

So instead of a simplified system, they just have random chaos.

What should I expect when I systemise my training?

One week in

Frustrate your training partners as you seamlessly link escapes together and become unmountable

One month in

Finally stop spending countless sessions stuck under side control, mount, north south, half guard or with partners glued to your back

Two months in

Attack with immediate offence, right out of your new escaping series from each pin, instead of being forced into endless defensive cycles

Three months in

Put the heat on your partner after sweeping and pinning them so they're exhausted and unable to attack you

Four months in

Isolate the limbs of your fatigued partner for reliable submissions, instead of throwing random shit at them with little success

Months 5-8

You've bulletproofed your fundamentals and are now starting on customising your game with wrestling, passing, leg locking and guard skills.

I stand behind every video, tool, framework, lesson, interaction and aspect of this program.

If you genuinely go through the program, complete the foundations phases (1-4), attend the live calls or view the recordings, apply the tools and frameworks, and actively use the app throughout that period (use documented via Skool.com).

But still don’t see measurable improvements in your performance—i’ll give you a full refund.

All we ask is that you show us your skool calendar via the app.

If you’ve followed the system and didn’t improve, we’ll honor our word. No hassle. You either get results, or your money back for each month you're involved.

Ready to bet on yourself? I am...

Let’s get to work.

Can you risk another year of slow results?

Because of the nature of this program, I can’t possibly take on and work 1-on-1 with unlimited people.

This isn’t just another collection of technique demonstrations, it's an all in approach forcing you to grow and not waste another second stuck where you are.

All students are vetted to ensure they’re the right fit for the community, but there is currently a limited number of people we can take on each month. I commit to knowing and understanding everyone's situation individually to ensure you get the best of me.

Once i can no longer commit to that due to the number of members, spots close or prices go up to ensure the service remains world class.

The question is, do you want to wait, and keep wasting time on the 80% of things that won’t grow your channel?

Or would you prefer to be enjoying your training, building world class skills, retaining information, problem solving and linking moves together on your way to gold medals and faster promotions?

Frequently Asked

Questions

Who is this community for?

JJ students that want to actually make progress, that are sick of wasting time and seeing nothing for their efforts

Does Josh actually respond to his own messages

Yes, i personally respond to every question and DM. There isn't a bot capable of replicating my tism articulation

Is this program suitable for beginners, or do I need previous BJJ experience?

The program has been designed with all levels in mind. I've coached those with 15+ years experience and those who haven't started yet, wanting to get an edge before they head to their first class.

How much time do I need to dedicate to the program to see results?

5-10 minutes planning before a session and at least 2-3 sessions a week will be enough for excellent results. More will help, but it isn't required.

What if I have questions or need help during the program?

As a student you have me at your disposal 24/7. No one has been able to ask too many questions yet, so we're good hahaha.

How often are new materials added to the program?

So far in 2025 i've refilmed and updated all of the phases and added 2 new courses. I'm constantly taking in feedback from student surveys and improving or iterating the community as i learn and grow along with you
